HOMETELS presents you an incredible semi-detached single-family house in one of the most beautiful towns close to the beach in all of eastern Spain. This house is located in a neighborhood of single-family homes and chalets, in front of a large garden and a tree-lined parking lot that borders a large municipal indoor pool and the town hall itself. It is accessed through a pedestrian street just 20 meters from the parking lot. We enter through the garden and immediately access a wonderful covered terrace where you will have a large table for 8 people. Once inside the house, the spacious living room has a large smart TV (high-speed internet connection and smart speaker) and a dining room also for 8 people. The independent kitchen (perfectly equipped) and a complete bathroom with shower and screen complete the first floor.
If we go down the stairs we find a large room or games room with a ping pong table and other entertainment, as well as several sofas and tables. It will undoubtedly be the preferred stay for the most fun part of your vacation.
On the upper floor, going up from the living room, we have 4 wonderful bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and access to the two magnificent private terraces that the house has on this floor. The main room has a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet en suite. Two rooms have two pairs of single beds and a third has a bunk bed also with two single beds. Another full bathroom with a large walk-in shower completes the first floor.
And all this just 5 minutes by car (or about 20 minutes on foot) from several of the best beaches in the Mediterranean: Canet and Puerto de Sagunto Beach. In front of the house there is a large paid municipal covered pool where you can enjoy swimming. Just behind that building there are free electric vehicle chargers for public use as well. The municipal auditorium just below. The center of the town, with all the flavor of its narrow streets and its bars and restaurants with traditional food, is just 3 minutes away.
In short, this house is a true treat in which to enjoy a luxury vacation with family or friends, in a privileged environment, enjoying the beach and the best cuisine.
